This is an agreement between "owner" of vehicle, referred to as "Signer" past this sentence, for the listing of Signer's vehicle to AdvancedAutoAds.com, AdvancedAutoAds.net and affiliated third party websites. Signer and AdvancedAutoAds.com agree to the following terms and conditions by signing below and/or digitally submitting this form over the net, cross fax, or via mail. Owner both acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth in this agreement below:

Terms, General

AdvancedAutoAds.com (herein referred to simply as "the advertiser") is a listing service for the posting of used automotive, farm, factory and commercial vehicles. This agreement is for the signer, listed above, to post his or her vehicle to the AdvancedAutoAds.com website as well as any third party websites used by the advertiser to promote the vehicle. Signer agrees with the terms set forth immediately below:

AdvancedAutoAds.com is an "FSBO" service (for sale by owner) in the business of advertising used automotive equipment on the internet. AdvancedAutoAds.com is not a licensed dealership, a broker of cars, trucks or other automotive goods. There are no commissions or fees attached to the sale of any vehicle that has been sold utilizing the advertiser's service; all fees, transaction, shipping or otherwise, are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed to by either party.

Unless "Signer" specifically agrees to otherwise, in writing, AdvancedAutoAds.com will make every effort to promote the vehicle(s) brought onboard. Though there are no specific timeframes set in regards to monies cut from financing agencies, AdvancedAutoAds will attempt to make the arrangements in a seamless, comfortable manner, however; signer agrees that it is out of the control of AdvancedAutoAds.com when, if at all, third party agencies not directly affiliated with AdvancedAutoAds make said funds available.

AdvancedAutoAds.com represents that no subsequent renewals, fees or otherwise will ever be charged during the course of promotion outside of the initial cost and any additional services "signer" might wish to engage AdvancedAutoAds.com to represent. The exceptions to this paragraph are individuals on a "month to month" or billing plan. If you are unsure as to which plan you fall under, please contact our service department prior to sending this agreement.

Service

AdvancedAutoAds.com reserves the right to repost, without consent, the text and/or photos to any of the affiliates currently used by the company which may include Overstock.com, Carfax.com, the submission of relevant vehicle data to financing and/or shipping, warranty or inspection services. The submission of signer's personal data is limited in these instances to the very minimum required to process said applications. However, AdvancedAutoAds.com will never sell, rent, or otherwise release information to individuals not directly related to the promotion and/or potential sale of vehicle(s) posted to the AdvancedAutoAds.com or AdvancedAutoAds.net websites.

From time to time, AdvancedAutoAds may use the information provided to increase the likelihood of a sale for "signer". In these cases staff at AdvancedAutoAds may release, as a minimum, client's first name and phone number. AdvancedAutoAds.com will not release any information regarding email address, personal address or otherwise to potential buyers and/or advertisers. Please not that, by clicking the "enable my contact info" on the user page accessible by signer, that you are releasing AdvancedAutoAds.com, its affiliates, lenders and all related services, from any liability whatsoever made possible by the release of said information. Please refer to our fraud awareness and tips in regards to the public release of personally identifiable information. Please also note that, when the "enable my contact info" button is checked on the "signer's" personal page, the preceeding sentence is void and the email address of client will be made public on the AdvancedAutoAds.com site and others.

Liability

The items posted to the site AdvancedAutoAds.com, as well as any third party sites upon which the advertisements appear, are sold "as-is". Both parties agree that AdvancedAutoAds.com shall not be held liable for fees, transportation, financing, commission, repairs or otherwise incurred as a result of utilizing the AdvancedAutoAds.com site(s), unless specifically stated elsewhere, in writing, and agreed to by both parties in advance.

AdvancedAutoAds.com does not guarantee at any time to have specific buyers, prospects, loaners or other parties of potential interest at any given time. Additionally, there is no timeframe, set forth for either the vehicle's sale or the expiry on basic advertising services (such as the sites controlled by AdvancedAutoAds.com or other). Any credits or refunds are at the sole discretion of AdvancedAutoAds.com. All sales of the AdvancedAutoAds.com services are final.

In the event of a listing error, which effects the active promotion of signer's vehicle/property on the AdvancedAutoAds.com site directly, the company promises to remedy in a fair manner the specific issues effecting the account insofar as AdvancedAutoAds.com's ability to do so. It is further agreed that the remedies for the correction of such errors, which may include technical, inability to post own photos to the site, the inaccuracy of text and/or photos to the AdvancedAutoAds.com site, or other errors which may be considered "adverse" in reference to the promotion of the vehicle, are limited to the correction of such errors. Any further compensation is at the sole discretion of AdvancedAutoAds.com. All errors, technical and otherwise, must be made apparent to AdvancedAutoAds.com staff in a timely fashion (not to exceed 5 business days) and notification of said errors are the responsibility of the "signer". Both parties agree that it would be impossible to determine actual damages, liabilities and other, in regards to the posting of vehicles to the website(s) operated, used and/or controlled by AdvancedAutoAds.com or it's affiliates and release AdvancedAutoAds.com from any liability whatsoever. By submitting this agreement signer:

a)releases AdvancedAutoAds.com from all liability, accept where prohibited and
b) The terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, as well as any disputes, should they arise.
