Seller is engaging AdvancedAutoAds.com in the listing for sale of seller's vehicle, listed above. Seller has provided the information necessary for AdvancedAutoAds.com to post for sale on behalf of the seller/signer of this agreement, via the internet on AdvancedAutoAds.com to market the above vehicle on AdvancedAutoAds.com, as well as affiliate sites and/or directories affiliated with AdvancedAutoAds.com for seller upon such terms, conditions and provisions as set forth in this agreement, and Seller agrees to all of the terms and conditions as outlined in the body of this agreement.

Seller and buyer, as the case may be, understands that AdvancedAutoAds.com is strictly a 'For Sale By Owner' cooperative and advertising company. AdvancedAutoAds.com is not a dealership, nor does it have a dealer's license, dealership, or other storefront location for the sale of any particular vehicle. As such, there are no commissions attached to the sale of any vehicle that takes place as a result of being marketed on the AdvancedAutoAds.com Website, it's affiliates or partner sites, unless otherwise noted in writing. All fees incurred, whether through shipping, finance or warranty, are expenses to be paid for by the buyer or seller upon agreement, if necessary, and not AdvancedAutoAds.com, it's affiliates or partner sites. All agreements made between buyer and or seller are specifically between buyer and seller and not AdvancedAutoAds.com.

AdvancedAutoAds.com agrees that it will utilize the resources available to company in the listing and marketing of client's vehicle (as posted on the AdvancedAutoAds.com website). When vehicles sell as a result of the use of third party affiliates, AdvancedAutoAds.com directly, or financial institutions responsible for the enabling of a transaction between buyer and seller are services offered as part of the marketing package and are not affiliated with AdvancedAutoAds.com in any way in regards to any potential or actual transaction and has neither control nor authority to make any potential funds available at any time for release to any party involved.

Unless specifically agreed to, there will never be additionl fees, renewal fees, subscription fees, or other required of seller to AdvancedAutoAds.com to insure the listing of the vehicle until sold, as agreed upon, except in the event Seller (signer above) indicates a desire to participate in any special month to month promotion, which may be offered at any time and/or to specific individuals with specific advertising needs.

Vendors

AdvancedAutoAds.com Reserves the right, expressly permitted by the submission of this contract, to replicate on third party websites the use of text, images, information, data, or other information submitted by seller to the AdvancedAutoAds.com staff via email, mail, electronic or other, without prior written consent of the owner. These affiliates may include any one/and or more of the following services: Overstock.com™, Autochecks™, etc. The information we submit to these sites is limited to pertinent vehicle data only, unless specifically noted and agreed to by seller in advance. To that effect, AdvancedAutoAds.com as a general policy does not sell, rent, distribute and/or release any pertinent, personally identifiable information to entities outside of the company and only in regards to the promotion of above vehicle. By signing the above, seller is consenting to AdvancedAutoAds.com's use of the information submitted in regards to the active promotion of vehicle.

Title Brand

By submitting this contract, seller is conveying a vehicle for sale utilizing the AdvancedAutoAds.com posting services in the condition stated in the body of the ad text (this means that vehicles with branded and/or salvaged titles must contain, in their ad text, such pertinent data). This includes: Salvages, Rebuilds, any title not legally ascribable as 'Clean'. AdvancedAutoAds.com does NOT actively engage in the posting of titles branded as a Lemon. Please contact AdvancedAutoAds.com customer care if your vehicle is branded a lemon.

Liability

AdvancedAutoAds.com does not represent to have for any particular seller, any particular buyer at any time.

Vehicles sold as a result of AdvancedAutoAds.com's listing services, site or affiliates, are sold 'as-is', 'where is'.AdvancedAutoAds.com does not pay the fees associated with shipping, financing and/or warranties, repair fees of any kind, or any costs of any kind whatsoever unless specifically agreed to upon in writing, in advance of representation of such fees in any way to AdvancedAutoAds.com.

It is the seller's responsibility to notify staff at AdvancedAutoAds.com at the numbers and/or emails listed on the AdvancedAutoAds.com website only, directly (not its affiliates, vendors or partners) of any mistakes in regards to text, photos or other data posted to user's personal account. AdvancedAutoAds.com must be notified within one business week or 5 business days of the error, and once notified, will correct such errors as possible. The liability for errors in data submitted to seller's advertising is limited to the correction of the errors in question, nothing more, nothing less. Both parties agree that under no circumstances will AdvancedAutoAds.com be held liable for any situation that may arise as a result of improper text and/or photos, data or other to the AdvancedAutoAds.com site and/or it's affiliates and partner sites. Credits, refunds and similar will not be issued for the reasons stated above; it is the seller's responsibility to ensure proper posting of data to and through the AdvancedAutoAds.com site and it's partners.

The terms and conditions set forth in this contract are not binding upon AdvancedAutoAds.com unless this agreement is fully executed by Seller and delivered to AdvancedAutoAds.com, electronically or via mail. AdvancedAutoAds.com reserves the right to reject, send back and/or otherwise not include data (text, photo or otherwise) that does not meet it's general guidelines, does not enhance the listing of vehicle being posted and/or is simply not in line with the quality of work AdvancedAutoAds.com requires to promote (including photo quality). All sales of AdvancedAutoAds.com services are final; any credit, if issued, is at the sole discretion of AdvancedAutoAds.com and is not guaranteed anywhere in the body of this agreement, nor is it implied.

The terms, conditions and provisions of this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, and in the event of any dispute of any matter related to this agreement or the listing of Seller's vehicle on AdvancedAutoAds.com or it's partner sites any and all legal action shall be brought, if at all, in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of Clark, State of Nevada.
